A new home: We opened the doors to our first production facility, laying the groundwork for future expansions.

1990’s: A Decade of Pioneering and Expansion

The 7000 Series: This launch ushered us into new markets, including our debut in laser technology extraction and filtration.

Purex House: The inauguration of a larger production facility to meet growing demands.

The 8000 Series: Continuing our tradition of innovation with another groundbreaking product.

2000’s: Global Reach and Technological Breakthroughs

Expansive growth: Purex House doubles in size reflecting our market success.

Labyrinth filter patented: Introduction of a revolutionary design in filtration technology.

Global expansion: We rebranded as Purex International, and our partnership with Domino began, signalling robust growth.

The 9000 Series launch: Yet another innovation setting high benchmarks.

Americas operations: Establishment of Purex Americas, expanding our global footprint.

2010’s: Independence and Cutting Edge Innovations

New beginnings: Purex operates independently, steering towards a future filled with possibilities.

iFume Series revealed: The latest in our line of innovations, leading the market with advanced features.

QWP House: We moved into our custom-designed headquarters, supporting our expanding operations.

Expansion in Brough, UK: Opening of a new fabrication facility to enhance our production capabilities.

Ownership changes: Purex International becomes independently owned, fortifying our market position.

2020’s: Visionary Goals and Sustainability

Innovative growth: Opening of the New Business Development Centre to spearhead future projects.

Collaborative ownership: Transition to a collaborative ownership model, reinforcing our commitment to collective success.

Purex Rebrand: Launch of our 'Clean Air for Everyone' mission, emphasising our dedication to environmental sustainability and commitment to providing clean air for everyone

Technological investments: Addition of a third production site equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to boost our manufacturing efficiency such as the Pulse Jet launched in 2024.

Cepelec's Experience, key highlights:

Beginnings: "I joined in 2017, and Cepelec was already partnered with Purex, a testament to the longstanding trust in the brand."

Influence: "Purex has developed niche solutions tailored specifically for us, showcasing their adaptability."

Memorable Moment: "Purex's participation in our 30th anniversary in France highlights the personal commitment they make to their partners."

Uni-Bel's Journey:

How did your relationship with Purex begin?

It all started with enquires for main & pre-filter from my MNC customer, which I contacted Purex directly for a quote. I was then referred to a reseller who didn’t support me well and we kept losing the deal. After a few tries & losing the deals, I got to know Luke Fenton. He who took the time to understand what issues I was facing and gave me the support that I needed. Until today that good support is still there, standing strong! Uni-Bel has then been the main supplier/supporter to this MNC customer for their fume extractor’s spare part/consumable needs.

How has Purex’s innovation influenced the business over the years?

Giving customers a wide range of options, catering to different levels of financial budget and different industries.

Do you have any memorable stories about working with Purex?

Honestly, every enquiry/deal with Purex gives me the same good experience that I’ve felt since we became good business partners.

What do you value most about your relationship working with Purex?

I value the TRUST that they put in us to represent them in Asia, carrying the Purex name wherever we go. Also, the core values that we both companies share, as both of us are family owned businesses.

How would you describe the support from Purex?

Purex provides support that so far, no other manufacturer has ever provided to us. Fast response to enquires for quotations, questions, logistics support & technical support! (As most technical support usually comes from Purex, only the basics are handled by ourselves).
