Trefor says, ”This is an exciting time to be joining Purex as the business is looking to grow in a number of different markets. My role in this will be to ensure everyone in the business receives all the information they require and that regular performance dialogues occur to ensure we deliver the growth plans that have been put in place."

Also new to Purex is Adam Fryer who joins the engineering team. Originally from Cambridge, Adam studied for a BSc then MSc in Physics at Hull University where he was sponsored by Purex to develop a research project into new filtration technologies, the results of which are very exciting.

Adam explains, "I really enjoyed the research for Purex at the University as it applied science to real life applications and delivered real results. I wanted to work for Purex to experience work in industry, using a blend of electrical and mechanical engineering, and to be involved in new product development from the very beginning. Towards the end of our project, I was offered a full time position at Purex in the engineering department to develop new product lines and the “next generation” of unique technology never before seen in fume extraction systems"

Harry Hamilton of PurexThe third new professional to join Purex is Harry Hamilton who joins as Business Development Manager. After this I moved to Germany to work in the automotive industry as an engineer in Koln before gradually making the transition to sales and returning to the UK to work in the Hydraulic industry. My new role at Purex is to identify and develop new areas of business and industries that we have not previously tapped into.
